Discount Tire

Unfortunately, my experience with Discount Tire was disappointing due to the lack of accurate communication about wait times. I was told the wait would be around an hour, but it has now been almost two hours and my vehicle has not even been taken back yet. I completely understand that delays can happen, but customers deserve realistic expectations so they can make informed decisions with their time. If the actual wait is going to be several hours, that should be communicated upfront. The biggest frustration was not the wait itself, but being given an estimate that was clearly not accurate. Better communication and transparency would greatly improve the customer experience.

Excellent service! They were so helpful that it turned my entire day around. Shoutout to Jonathan. Fabulous employee. Give that man a raise. Lobby was also very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back here.

Buying my tires from Discount Tire was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences with this location every time I visited ever since! I caught a flat today. I was able to pull up, Have my tire replaced in less than the estimated time and I was back on the road and home with my family in no time. Service is always superb And The technicians are very professional. Highly recommended.

I recently had a great experience at Discount Tire in Waco, Texas, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with their service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Even though the shop was busy, they greeted me right away and made sure I understood the process. What stood out most to me was the way they took time to explain my tire pressure situation in detail, something I really appreciated. One of the technicians walked me through why my tire pressure had been fluctuating and explained how temperature changes and regular driving can affect it. He didn’t just check and adjust the tires for me—he also showed me how to monitor the pressure myself and recommended how often I should check it to keep my car safe and running smoothly. I never felt rushed or talked down to, which can sometimes happen at other auto shops. Instead, they treated me with respect and made sure I left with both properly inflated tires and more knowledge about how to care for them. Overall, Discount Tire in Waco exceeded my expectations. Their customer service, honesty, and willingness to educate customers really set them apart. I will definitely be coming back for
